We can send love to others with our words and our actions, but we can also say a prayer for anyone at anytime. A silent blessing can be bestowed on friends, family, co-workers, strangers, even our enemies. Jesus the Christ, requested the blessing of our enemies as a practice for Christians; a plea for a new paradigm. Abraham Lincoln once said: “Do I not destroy my enemies when I make them my friends?” It certainly destroys the enemy in ourselves and sometimes that alone is enough to shift our reality.
